I like close up pics of cool headbadges! I say if ya got one post it! This badge sure alot of detail. I remember looking real close at one Dave had in the garage at one of the fat tire festivals. Didn't they actually have a yeti on the badge in the early years?
I have a pretty cool Yeti headbadge bottle opener.
Unfortunately, most of my bikes don't have real head badges, just stickers. Only the Intense and the Bianchi have reall badges. I guess the Paramount does, too, but it's just a cheap sticker... I never understood that. Sweet bike, chintzy badge.
If I had that yeti bottle opener I would be sportin it installed on the head tube of a bike. You just don't know when you'll be stopped at a trail head and need to open a blue ribbon beer. Man thats a good Ideaer I gonna be on the look out for one of those. It would be a great reason to build up another bike.
I second that the enlightened head badges are cool! I'd love to see a close up.
My Homegrown is old enough that it's a pre Enlightened tubeset. We had a contest to name the tubes. Before there was an official name, the tubeset badge just had a bunch of ???????? on it. I'll see if I can snap a pic. It's pretty cool.
I never liked the newer gen Schwinn sticker headbadges. A sticker does not a headbadge make. Now, the older, pinned on Schwinn Quality Seal badges... Those were extra sweet.

I was never that impressed with Yeti bikes. Of course, I now wish my Homegrown was made in Durango.
My only bike with a "real" headbadge is the Merckx.
Lets see it!

Dave, don't your Schwinn's have the headbadge sticker thing? Plastic, bent around the tube? I'm pretty sure one or both of mine do.
The Rocket has a sweet badge for the Enlightened tubing. I'll try to post that, later, when I'm home.
