debaser....i scored a barely used mb-1 in my size from a guy in missoula. $400 and the bike might have one slight scratch on it. The bike came with a softride stem, but obviously i took that off and spent a little time on my The BikeFit sizing stem. Initially i was thinking custom stem, until i ran into an old 1" ritchey 10X135 stem that was mysteriously hanging in the backroom (ask kirk how excited i was when i found it). I installed the new stem and saved myself from spending dough on the custom jobby. I also threw on a Answer 1" riser bar, and threw the original steel Nitto flat bar back in the box that also houses the original pedals, owners manual, stem, and reflectors. I've also taken off the mint ground control tires and threw on a set of 1.5 Conti cross country's...so the bike rolls fast !! I'm also thinking of maybe trying out a Brooks saddle ??
Dave...the red one is a bit small for me. I'd like to find a home for it in the future...i'm not planning on getting rid of the XT grouppo that's on it though.

how you find all those unused bikes is beyond me. Don't let something like that in my size sit around there without telling me.
