showen headed over "the log" at lewis and clark national monument. pretty darn hot day. this was last sunday during the afternoon. these trails are hardpack and dusty. the bumps seem bumpier when its this dry here. and the heat takes the enthusiasm out of your sails for the final climb. good riding none-the-less.

thanks for the pic mw, yes it was a hot one, and i felt like crap for the entire ride.
that nice combination of dehydration and bloatedness.
I rode yesterday in the triple digits, Front side of Hall in full sun was toasty.
L&C is pretty fun. I think my first ride there was in 92/93? True Wheel race?
