We've had a bunch of snow here recently. Boulder and areas south of there still have quite a bit in the hills. That scared everyone away from the Lyons Tues night ride. OK for me, just my buddy Chad M showed up. He's a pretty cool guy, super skilled rider - he was on S Works Epic last year at Crosier Mt.
We rode up into the local spot in search of something new. We found it by chasing a deer trail turned singletrack straight down the hillside until we hit the pipeline trail. Good ride. Another 600'down another like singletrack and we were back onto the road 5 miles up from town. It was worth it. I'm going back!
