today was punishment for the body day. rode to branched oak. did the dualthalon solo. run bike run. rode back home. i am crushed. i got 2nd in my age group. i'll send pics. there was a race photog out there. i'm sure i look like i'm being stepped on...
All running is punishment. I put up with a surprising amount this winter, and feel better for it now. Sure didn't like it though. So... 45 miles of riding in addition to the race? Yikes, man... I'd do ok on one or the other right now.
