Yup sure in the hell was! First time for me to be Drilling into the headtube of a bike. The stainless headbadge is a nice touch on the ventana.

That's a headbadge the way it was intended. No glue on that sucker.
You didn't have wolfman help you, did you? I've seen his choice of bicycle tools. Anyway that looks great!SH
drilled in? jeezus. at first i was thinking replacement. but it was a decal first?
