This is not what it seems. Brian and I were carrying a heavy ass cooler down the stairs with Brian in the lead. When he gets to the bottom he starts pulling the cooler as hard as he can. Instead of letting go I hang on and take a dive. I did have a horrible hangover and a cut on my knee the next day though.
