We're headed to Nebraska the weekend of the 7th/8th for Scaz's pre-reception that Saturday. We'll be based out of Omaha, and it would be fun if I could hook up for a ride with some of y'all. Looks like Sunday may work better right now. Any idears?
I'll be back that same weekend but HQd out of Lincoln. I'm looking to ride Sat or Sunday am. Heck, I'm cool with doing wilderness 2 days in a row, too. I'll probably bring the SS and a tall gear.
i've run everything from 32x20 to 34x17 out there. 32x20 is more love you long time fo sure. 34x17 will put a strange look on your face and drool will run out the corner of your mouth.
you might be bummed spinning around town in that silly gear but you'll appreciate it at lewis and clarke or platte or jewell in bellevue for that matter. bring two SS's?!?
yer talkin' all silly with taht 32x20 talk... thats even sillytalk for my chicken legs. i've been running 34x18 lately, much to my liking at platte....aside from being hideously out of shape! i'd love to join a sunday morning special guest debaser ride....

sunday mornings can be platte mornings. we'll work something out.
If we were able to work in a Platte ride, what gear would I want to use?

This gearing stuff is too complicated. Maybe I'll just bring my bike with all the conveniences.

Are you kidding me? You guys pick the one weekend that I am going to Missouri. Man, I might have to re-think my priorities.
I'm holding off on MO till thanksgiving. If you'll be down there then...
