ha! yup, about a year of ss/rigid. there's still a few of my favorite trails (buffalo creek, centennial cone) where i'll ride the holyroller. but most of the close-in front range trails are brutal on ss/rigid both in terms of climbs and rocky terrain. for those rides and the big, high alpine rides, the spider29 will be perfect-o.

NICE!! That thing looks sweet.

Butch,
Good looking bike. What size of frame for you? What brand of brakes are running.
Have fun in fruita
frame = large
brakes = formula k24
fork = fox f29 100mm
wheels = wtb laser disc 29
come to fruita, bdiddy!
Nicely done!
Turned out super sweet Mitch. Can't wait to see it in person!
Ah, white, very nice.
Gears and suspension? Didn't think I'd see the day. How long did it take after moving to CO, a year?
That bike will rip out there.
On second look, I can't believe how well proportioned that bike is. If it weren't for the TT sticker you wouldn't even know it's a 29'r
mod i was thinking the same thing, just couldn't find the words to express it.
